Set up to study in a quiet room. So as to practice tracing the letters and words as they are introduced, print out the SIMPLY HEBREW workbook. Alternatively, use lined paper to practice writing. And as you become comfortable with the Hebrew letters, switch to writing on thin-lined paper, which fits more words per page.
SIMPLY HEBREW is primarily a tool to help you to become familiar and comfortable with Hebrew’s building blocks: Iindividual letters, letter combinations, decoding, phonics, concepts, a few rules, etc. As you progress, a wonderful thing happens: You pick up some terms effortlessly, bringing you closer to the next level: Communication.
