Interesting and Fun!
When I started private lessons with Roni, my Hebrew was limited. My main interest was to learn practical, everyday conversational Hebrew. Roni helped me to quickly expand my knowledge base in:

• Sentence structure
• Vocabulary

Roni Lion makes learning Hebrew both interesting and fun! She incorporated into our classes enrichment items. For example, we played hands-on, interactive games in Hebrew. We spoke in Hebrew about food preparation, which led to us actually making home-made hummus together — in Hebrew. As we worked in the kitchen, Roni made notes for our use in future lessons.
Roni was very receptive to what I wanted to learn and adjusted the curriculum accordingly. She also provided additional vocabulary in slang and idioms.
I would highly recommend Roni as an instructor to both adults and children. She is an organized, innovative, compassionate and patient instructor.

I had the opportunity some years ago to work with Roni Lion on my Hebrew. I was at a very basic, beginner level.
